GUIDELINES AS YOU TRAVEL IN JASPER NATIONAL PARK
- Stay in your vehicle and use telephoto lenses for photography
- If stopping to view wildlife, pull safely off the road. Don't stop in the driving lane. Remain in your vehicle.
- Consider not stopping when you see roadside bears.
- Dispose of all garbage and recyclable materials in containers provided throughout the park.
- Remember that disturbing, feeding or enticing wildlife is illegal.
- Keep your pets on a leash.
- Stay at least 50 metres(150ft) from elk & other large mammals, 100 metres(300ft) from bears.
